PAY-OFF SYSTEM

DMI Pay-Off (Transmitter heads) Machine was developed to open the wire to be sent to the galvanizing line for coating from the basket and direct it to the furnace, aiming to provide lower operator interaction with lower friction contact.

There is a straightening reel and a wire break sensor at the entrance of the wire coming from the wire drawing to the production line.

There will be a group roller and tungsten carbide cores to ensure that the wire moves smoothly in the system.
